AlphaHybrid C18 is an independently developed C18 column featuring an ethylene-bridged hybrid silica gel. The hybrid ethylene bridge enhances the base ball's resistance to alkaline conditions, while the unique surface bonding and end-capping technology impart exceptional separation selectivity and reduced silanol group activity. This column is widely applicable for the selective separation of non-polar to moderately polar acidic, basic, and neutral compounds.

AlphaHybrid C18 is the preferred column for LC method development, tolerating a wide range of pH conditions, thereby increasing the flexibility of method development. For basic compounds, retention and peak shape can be improved by adjusting the pH conditions.
